I created this website as an antidote to soulless websites, apps, and services on the corporate web.
The content I am publishing here only belongs to me.
I share what I want to share with others.
There are no ads.
I do not use AI or any other dehumanizing technology.
I am not a fan of Hugo, Jekyll, or other static site generators. I have tried them, I don't have anything against them, I just want to keep it straight-forward.
This is my workflow:
- I write my notes in Markdown. I use Obsidian to organize them.
- To publish notes and deploy my site, I have a simple set-up, using GitHub and GitHub Pages.
You may have already noticed that this website is fairly simple. I created it from scratch and didn't use any templates, or custom CSS. My CSS file is less than 1KB.
I could say it's because I wanted to create a minimalist website. Truthfully, I have zero experience in "web development". Watch how this website will evolve in the next months and years (while still maintaining simplicity).
